Three-Month Protocol
Dr. Chang’s Three-Month Integrative Supplementation Protocol bolsters the body’s ability to carry mercury out of the body. The supplementation protocol starts a month before fillings are removed and then continues for two months afterward and is a complement to the Huggins Protocol. The supplements include:
- Antioxidants Vitamin C and Glutathione
- Three products to support the lymphatic system, the kidneys and liver
- Wild Bear Garlic to support the detoxification system
- Nepro-Rella, a type of chlorella, an herb that binds to metals and helps them exit the body
- Bind, a supplement that prevents your body from reabsorbing metals as they are carried away
- Bucco to help the kidneys during this time of extra stress
- Cilantro is another binder for heavy metals
