We are Not In Network With Any Insurance
When you begin treatment with us, we will help you find out what your benefits are and also provide you with claim forms. We will be happy to help you maximize your benefits, however, it is the patient’s responsibility to file their own insurance claims and obtain reimbursement. You can expect your insurer to reimburse you for a portion of our fee. If your insurance company needs a report and x-rays, we will send them off promptly.
We accept checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit and Cherry financing. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
No matter what your insurance covers, Dr. Chang will always recommend the treatments he feels are needed for you to recover your health. He will also answer any questions you may have so you are fully-informed about your options.
